Boston Residents Directory is a private reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning Boston, Massachusetts. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with an office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Neither the service nor information found through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision the FCRA regulates, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
Boston Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing published here or returned by a linked search function is a consumer report. 7. Indemnification

The original text, logo, layout, and design are protected by copyright. Linking to a page or quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted; republishing complete pages or systematically copying content is not.

We may block or limit access, without notice, for a user who breaches these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law

12. Severability
